This self-limiting internal dialogue activates doubt and causes us to 'leak' our creative energy into worry and fear. We can cultivate the capacity to simply say ‘thank you for sharing’, lighten up, and observe rather than engage with it by learning to 'turn the volume down.'

So the first step in conscious self-awareness is to recognize that you exist; that you are the divine spark within your human experience. Nobody can tell you who you are. You must experience it. Who you are requires no belief. You already are who you are but without realization, who you are doesn’t shine forth into the world.
